CEFA has been nominated as a GM Supplier of the Year
Once again, CEFA has been nominated as a GM Supplier of the Year (and it’s our seventh nomination since 1997) for outstanding contributions in manufacturing interior parts for the cars (instrument panels, door panels, centre console and interior trim parts) of this Company. The event was held on March 5th at Cobo Centre in Detroit, MI with assistance of Mary T.Barra, CEO and the management of this American vehicle manufacturer together with its leading suppliers from all over the world.
During the ceremony Steven Kiefer, GM vice president, Global Purchasing and Supply Chain said: “these companies are the best of the best among our suppliers, and they deserve special recognition for their outstanding contributions”
In the picture Juan Manuel Blanchard- President and Carlos Baratto - Director of Engineering and Sales of CEFA receiving the award from Thomas McMillen - Executive Director, Interior and Safety, Global Purchasing and Supply Chain at General Motors Corp and Charlie Baker - Executive Director responsible for Interior Engineering. This award means for CEFA the recognition by GM and its european subsidiary Opel, so as a confirmation of their willing to keep counting on us for future projects, always offering the most innovative solutions.
